About Samuel Opio: Deputy Head Teacher (Uganda)

Samuel Opio is a Deputy Head Teacher at one of Victorious Education Services' five campuses. Victorious Education Services' is one of the top Christian institutions in Uganda. After starting as a Kindergarten in 1999, Victorious now has over 350 employees teaching over 4000 pupils.
