About Alea Kagoyire: NGO Technical Director

Alea serves as the Technical Advisor for Hope International Burundi: an NGO that invests in the dreams of families in Burundi's underserved communities. Alea has a business degree and a master's degree in economics. She previously worked for large corporations before fully dedicating her time to community development.

Her vision is to foster holistic development throughout her country. Alea believes that all lasting transformation begins with spiritual transformation. She is excited to participate in the Abundant Leadership Institute because its Christ-centered approach to leadership will equip her to make a holistic impact in her community and country.
