About Erica Kabanda: NGO Marketing Officer

Erica serves as the Marketing & Partnerships Officer for Love and Hands: an NGO that trains and mentors communities in asset-based community development. She recently completed her degree in International Relations and as a student she was involved in multiple youth conferences and leadership projects.

Erica is passionate about empowering communities throughout Rwanda. As a young leader, Erica is looking forward to maturing through her experience at the Abundant Leadership Institute. She is confident that ALI will help her leadership skills grow to equal her passion.
