Ibrahim's vision is to promote educational transformation by supporting a community of capable educational leaders across the region. As he builds his own organization and works directly with leaders, Ibrahim wants to better understand and practice servant leadership. He believes that participating in the Abundant Leadership Institute will help him place servant leadership in the centre of the work that he does.
