Jean-Claude Tuyisenge is dedicated to offering children the education he found so difficult to achieve when he was growing up. 

Jean-Claude grew up experiencing poverty and at times had to drop out of school to support himself and his siblings. He eventually financed his own way through secondary school, became an entrepreneur, and set up multiple successful businesses. He realized his real passion was seeing young children grow in their faith and gain a quality Christian education. 

Three years ago, Jean-Claude used his own savings and founded New Generations Academy, a Christian school that offers a holistic and cutting-edge education. He even teaches preschool children in Kigali basic coding and robotics. 

Jean-Claude is keen to grow his school and learn how to lead the staff, students, and parents in a holistic way. He joined the Abundant Leadership Institute because he believes that learning with a group of like-minded leaders and gaining practical leadership skills can help him to achieve his goals.
