Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions / ALI Cohorts 8 & 9

Help make it possible for Josephats Mbaziira to participate in the Abundant Leadership Institute's ninth cohort.
About Josephats Mbaziira: NGO Coordinator
Josephats grew up as the son of an absentee father in a polygamous family system. After experiencing the love of his Heavenly Father, Josephats became a Christian at 19 years old and committed his life to reaching vulnerable young people with the gospel.
Josephats works for Cornerstone Development, a Ugandan NGO that began in the midst of the HIV/AIDS crisis in the aftermath of regional conflict. Today the organization invests in youth leadership development across the region, with a particular focus on orphans and vulnerable youth through schools, conferences, and sports programs.
Josephats works in monitoring and evaluation with Cornerstone and also teaches at a local university. He is actively involved in his local church as a deacon. “My personal mission”, says Josephats, “is to be an active agent for the transformation of Africa's next generation. I believe for fundamental change to happen on our continent, the next generation of Africa's leaders must be spiritually transformed.”
Josephats joined the Abundant Leadership Institute so that he can expand his leadership and pass on what he learns to the students he teaches. He is also attracted to building relationships with like-minded leaders across East African.
Kurumbuka is honoured to partner with Josephats as he walks with Jesus and disciples a new generation of remarkable servant leaders.
