Sarah Nantumbwe is the Head Teacher of Victorious Education Services’ Genesis campus in Uganda. Growing up, Sarah was enthusiastic about sharing the love of Jesus with her friends and community. Her love for children and desire to raise up a God-fearing generation led her to become a teacher. 

After finishing her education, Sarah was employed by one of the pre-eminent pre-schools in Kampala. Unfortunately, the school had to lay off junior staff members. While looking for a new job, Sarah met Dr. Barbara Ofwono, the founder of a new institution: Victorious Education Services. Dr. Barbara offered Sarah a position and for the last 18 years, Sarah has faithfully served Victorious.

Today, Sarah oversees 200 young students at her campus. Her vision is to nurture young children from ages 2-6 using godly values so they will become responsible citizens who will transform the nation. Moving forward, Sarah hopes to increase enrolment by 50%, and train and empower her team members so everyone is fully engaged, and their skills are being properly utilized.

Outside of work, Sarah harvests water to sell cheaply to her community. This tremendous service has a significant impact on lives, especially during droughts. Sarah is also a poultry farmer and teaches families in her community how to rear broilers. 

By attending ALI, Sarah hopes to experience spiritual growth, adopt an abundant mentality, and become more competent and visionary as a leader.
