About Aloysie Girabawe: Secondary Coordinator (Rwanda)

Aloysie is a Secondary Coordinator at Wellspring Academy in Kigali, Rwanda. Wellspring Academy’s mission is to educate and equip students to become highly skilled, Godly leaders and agents of community transformation. They are a Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary school. Aloysie has often been in leadership roles and has a passion for leadership but has lacked formal training. She wants to attend ALI to increase her leadership skills and gain tools to benefit her professionally and spiritually. 

She hopes to see Christ-based values in the educational system. She aims to help students grow in their relationship with God by providing a nurturing environment for spiritual growth. She wants to encourage children to pursue acts of kindness, service to others, and a commitment to social justice, helping develop compassionate future leaders and actively contributing to building a better Rwanda and a better world. She believes ALI will help her create a clear strategic plan for this dream.
