Meet Richard, the Director of Field Operations for ACTS for Water Uganda, a Non-Profit dedicated to empowering local communities by building sustainable water systems. With over 22 years of experience at ACTS, Richard is a loyal leader who consistently demonstrates a commitment to Christ in all that he does. 

Richard's passion for serving his community goes beyond his work at ACTS. He raises funds for those in need, leads hospital visits to the sick, and invests in his colleagues. He strives to create an environment that encourages spiritual growth and the development of key values such as empathy, social justice, and teamwork. Inclusive learning, equality, and accessibility to education are also important to Richard. 

Richard hopes to attend ALI to gain leadership qualities that will help make his vision a reality. He not only wants to learn leadership skills but also wants to better understand his own strengths and weaknesses so he can become a more confident leader for the organization he works for.
