About Joseph Vicky Pinycwa: Manager of Strategic Planning (Uganda)

Joseph is the current Manager of Strategy, Policy and Planning in the Ugandan Government's Inspectorate. He believes that his God-given skills can be utilized to fight social justice issues, particularly corruption, to bring about economic transformation. 

Joseph has a strong desire to see Uganda free from corruption and has dedicated his life to combatting this issue. He hopes to achieve peace and unity within the country. In order to realize his dream, Joseph emphasizes the need to prioritize leadership development, as it is currently underdeveloped. He believes that leadership requires dedication, passion, and teamwork, and he hopes to attend ALI to gain the necessary skills to implement these practices in his workplace and country. Joseph feels that leadership development is the first step toward combating corruption in his community, country, and continent.
