About Frederick Kenyi, Non-Profit Executive Director (South Sudan)

Frederick is the Executive Director of Shabeb Sawa Organization, a youth-led non-profit organization in South Sudan that supports local communities. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Civilization and a diploma in Human Resources & Non-Governmental Organizational Management. Besides his role as an Executive Director, Frederick is an active member of his church and serves as the Vice Chairman of a youth initiative in South Sudan.

Frederick's primary goal is to help rehabilitate the youth in South Sudan who have been directly affected by tribal and ethnic wars. He strongly believes that there is a need for positive thinking, spiritual and psychological reform, which can be achieved through the spreading of the Gospel. 

Frederick is excited to participate in ALI as he hopes to meet other leaders, build relationships, and learn from their experiences. He considers ALI's courses and the opportunity to interact with leaders from other African countries extremely valuable and will help him become a more effective leader in his community.
