Serges is attending ALI because he wants to grow in his leadership skills and increase his capacity to be a team leader for his staff of 130 plus. He serves as Adimistrator at a hospital in Goma, DRC, an active conflict zone. Serge was encouraged to attend ALI by his wife, Noella, who attended ALI last year.
